Refund policy

At Harmony Skin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your skincare needs. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used items. Please review our refund policy below for more details.


No Refunds on Opened or Used Products:
Due to the nature of our skincare products and to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products. We kindly ask that you carefully read product descriptions and instructions before making a purchase.


Refunds for Unopened and Unused Products:
If you receive an unopened, unused item that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team at support@harmonyskin.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.


Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
